New Owners Breakfast

WELCOME TO THE LEXUS FAMILY!

One initiative of our organization through the years has been to continuously nurture our relationship with our customers. In keeping with this tradition, we are proud to announce the New Owners Breakfast. With this quarterly event, we hope to create a new level of customer satisfaction.

On the day you take delivery of your new vehicle, we know the amount of information you receive is sometimes overwhelming. The quarterly breakfasts are designed to occur after you've had some time to absorb the features and technological capabilities of the Lexus. The complimentary continental breakfast is typically held on a Saturday morning and lasts approximately two hours. It's a casual hands-on session for you to review the full capabilities of your navigation and Bluetooth systems and to answer questions you may have regarding the many features on your new Lexus. So that we can provide personalized attention to our guests, we ask that you make reservations to attend the New Owners Breakfasts. In the meantime, if your phone is Bluetooth-compatible*, you can link your phone and transfer numbers by operating the pairing features on your phone and your Lexus. For detailed instructions, visit WWW.LEXUS.COM/BLUETOOTH/. Once there, you will choose "LAUNCH TOOL". Then you'll be directed to choose your Lexus vehicle, your phone provider and the manufacturer and model of your phone.

COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE, JUICE, PASTRIES, BAGELS AND MUFFINS AS WELL AS FRUIT WAS FROM PANERA BREAD CATERING.
THE GENERAL MANAGER, DAVID YARBOROUGH PROVIDED A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE SALES & SERVICE TEAM ON HAND FOR THE MORNING'S PROGRAM.
MASTER DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN ERIC JEFFERS AND MASTER CERTIFIED ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER KATHY HARMON DETAILED THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM AS WELL AS A THOROUGH DEMONSTRATION OF THE SMART KEY FROM LEXUS.
OUR 3 TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISTS HOSTED A BREAKOUT SESSION AFTERWARDS IN OUR DELIVERY AREA TO HIGHLIGHT MANY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS THAT ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED AFTER THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP.
